Consider the following options

Driving at a speed of around 10 km/h slower than the speed limit stated by the road signs: Not recommended as you can cause severe traffic flow problems
Following the flow of traffic at all times: If the flow of traffic is 150 km/h then this is not a good option
Assessing for yourself what the appropriate speed is, without surpassing the road speed limit: Make good assessment of the surrounding and adjust speed accordingly
Braking hard, accelerating hard: Not recommended
